This presentation gives an introduction to text mining with Python, and will specifically focus on text classification in the DIOPTRA-L corpus of Goodreads book reviews: can we predict the age category for which a book was written, based on its review? Can we predict the reviewed book’s genre? How well do state-of-the-art sentiment analysis models predict user ratings?
